StuCo to host “stress reliever” spirit week

DSCN5761StuCo is planning a “stress reliever” spirit week the last week before break.

Mon. and Wed. are surprises and will be revealed to students and staff the beginning of those days. On Tues., the culinary arts department will be selling hot chocolate in the before school. Thurs. is to be fuzzy Thurs. which means students and staff should wear fuzzy socks, fuzzy pajamas, or anything fuzzy. Lastly, Fri. is ugly sweater day and the theme for the basketball games away at Hutchinson is also ugly sweaters.

“The idea of the spirit week is to help students have less stress during finals week,” StuCo sponsor Megan Sauer said.

Even though this spirit week is going on, there will still be another spirit week in Feb. for homecoming.
