Small burgers bring big hype as new restaurant captures attention
Smalls Sliders recently opened a new location on Maize Road last month. Easily recognizable, the restaurant features storage containers as the structure of it’s building, but keeps food lovers coming back for more with their famous mouthwatering sliders.

Senior, Hailey Blurton has been a part of OneMaize Media since her freshman year and has been Co-Editor-In-Chief for the past two years. Blurton has taken part in the creation of sports hype videos, KSPA state entries, weddings, and much more. Blurton hopes to continue Media as she goes to college.
Sophomore, Lauryn O’Brien has been involved in media since 7th grade and is in her 1st Semester of OneMaize Media. O’Brien has created content as in “Explorin’ with Emma and Lauryn”. Lauryn hopes to continue to engage in new career opportunities within the field of broadcast journalism. She’s also involved in STUCO, Student ambassadors, and is a Flygirl on the Maize High dance team
Malia Taylor is a sophomore at Maize High and is in her second year on the Maize media staff. She is very excited about being a part of Maize Media and plans to continue being involved throughout high school. Malia is also a member of the MHS dance team, Flygirls.
