Christopher Jackson, known as Jack Stacks Eats, is a Wichita, Kansas, influencer who built his following by highlighting local mom-and-pop restaurants. Beyond entertainment, Jackson supports the community by bringing exposure to small businesses and inspiring the next generation.
“Yeah, well, it just kind of happened,” Jackson said. “I felt it was my purpose, what I was meant to do. I’m very big with God—you’ll see me say, ‘Amen, let’s dig in,’ in most of my videos. It felt like a calling where it was the right thing to do. Not only did I enjoy it, but people told me to keep going because the information I was sharing was valuable. So I thought, ‘What the heck,’ and I just kept going.”
Jackson continues to pursue his goal of inspiring young people through community outreach.
“I think it’s important to inspire the next generation,” Jackson said. “Whether that’s giving them information on how to get started, insights into how things work, or encouraging them to pursue their passions—not just in social media, but in starting a business. I remember being in school and how much it would have meant to see something and think, ‘I can do that.’ It’s important to pass on as much knowledge as you can.”
