Video: Maize cheer team celebrates local veterans at Kansas Honor Flight

Last month members of the Maize High cheer team joined the Kansas Honor Flight organization in recognizing and celebrating local veterans for their service to their country across the decades.

Junior, Hailey Blurton has been apart of OneMaize Media for 2 years. Blurton has taken part in creating “Love is Blind”, filming several weddings, covering the K-State Pop-Tart Bowl, along with much more. Blurton hopes to continue her path in broadcast Journalism as she goes to college.

Ava Doyle, Videographer

Junior, Ava Doyle has been involved in media since 7th grade and is in her 3rd Semester apart of OneMaize Media. Doyle has created content as in “Love is blind” and sports coverage. Doyle hopes to continue to explore career opportunities within the field of broadcast journalism.
