Volleyball defeats Andover, Salina South
Volleyball loses against Derby and Newton at their triangular at Newton. They play next Tuesday at Salina Central.

The volleyball team beat Andover and Salina South Tuesday.
They were their first home matches of the season. The Eagles won the first two games against Salina South and rallied after winning the first game against Andover.
“Our student section was pretty great,” junior Lexi Montana said. “It was really fun having all of the fans cheering us on.”
Montana said the Eagles expected a tough match against Andover, but they started off slowly.
“We always end up going to three with Andover,” she said. “We step it up and show them they’re not going to win.”
The team will play again Tuesday at Hutchinson against the Salthawks and Campus.
