Seniors Cassidy Darrah and Reed Adams are one of five homecoming couples in the running this Friday for the 2016 spring homecoming king and queen.

Wearing pink polka dot with yellow starred underwear, Adams said that he hopes to become a successful business owner.

Darrah, a non-believer in extraterrestrial life, said she hopes to eventually become a soccer player after high school.

Although they are only in high school, they have big plans for the future. Both hope to have at least two children someday, but differ when asked whether they would eat a bowl of crickets for $10,000.

“It depends on what size they are,” Darrah said.

While Adams was more than willing to go down for the challenge.

When it comes to being crowned homecoming queen, Darrah doesn’t have a strong opinion on the matter.

“It was a fun experience and I like doing the skit, but the outcome doesn’t really matter.” Darrah said.
