The Eagles lost their second game of the season against Garden City 21-7.

Senior linebacker Jake Karst scored the only touchdown for the Eagles off of a fumble recovery.

“The offense needs to get more confidence,” Karst said, “We just need to work harder and be more conditioned.”

The team is out to an 0-2 start this season.

Their next game will be at 7 p.m. on Friday at home against Salina Central.
