Every Tuesday during en-Cor, about 20 Maize students join together in spanish teacher Sherry Elder’s room for Avenue 412. This is a time for students to worship and read the word of God.
“We talk about scripture and how it applies to us,” freshman Spencer Bosley said.“My favorite part would have to be just hearing the word of God in the middle of the week.”
Aside from scripture, students worship God through music. A single person plays guitar while others sing along.
