Senior Jose Diaz scored the winning goal with only 6.7 seconds left in the game.
“It feels amazing. I didn’t even score with my strong foot. I used my left and still got it,” Diaz said.
Junior Ben Garrison figures that playing Campus tomorrow won’t be a challenge as they beat them 10-0 a few weeks ago.
“We’re getting better about actually playing as a team. Second half we were really connecting our passes,” Garrison said.
The team takes on Campus at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 2 at home.
