Every year, EaglePalooza happens on the last day of school. There will be a plethora of activities to participate in like kickball tournaments, inflatables/obstacle courses, face painting and more.

For many, EaglePalooza is exciting because it is a day without stress and anxiety. Especially the freshman are excited to be able to experience this day of relaxation for the first time.

“I am excited for EaglePalooza because you get to relax, you don’t have to do school work, and you get to have fun on your last day of the school year,” freshman Landon Helm said.

Others look forward to EaglePalooza because of the fun games and tournaments. Freshman Drew Otero is excited to play kickball because he really enjoyed playing it in physical education this year.

Freshman Bhavani Matrapo is looking forward to the inflatables and obstacle courses.

Junior Emily Laham said she just enjoys spending time with school friends that they don’t get to see much outside of school.

“I really like to hangout with my friends, it’s a really good bonding moment,” Laham said.

For the juniors, this is their last Eagle Palooza because they will be graduates at this time next year.

“I am sad I won’t be able to go to EaglePalooza next year, but I plan on making this the most memorable Eagle Palooza I have been to,” junior Kasidy Bell said.

The atmosphere of the day is relaxing and friendly for most, Laham she feels during this day and how she appreciates all the hard work put in by everyone just so that we can enjoy our last day before summer break.

“EaglePalooza is always fun because everyone is always friends with each other and no matter who you are, everyone is nice,” Laham said.

Laham said she is thankful for the work that StuCo puts into this event.

“You can just go anywhere and have fun,” Laham said. “It’s so cool that the school puts this on for the students and we get to have a great last day.”
