The Eagles split a doubleheader with Salina South on Tuesday. Maize fell to the Cougars in the first game 4-1. In the second game, the Eagles won 12-2.

In the first game, senior Mason Hartman scored the team’s one run in the sixth inning. In the second game, the Eagles scored their 12 runs by the fourth inning.

The Eagles play again on Thursday against Bishop Carroll at 6:00.
