‘Fuller House’ premieres on Feb. 26. Students and staff share their excitement.

Watching a show as a kid and seeing the characters reunite 21 years later can lead to different feelings. ‘Full house’ has been around for many years. The show consists of a dad, Danny Tanner, who is taking care of his three daughters, Michelle, Stephanie, and D.J., after his wife Pam died in a car crash. Living with them is Danny’s brother-in-law, Jesse, who marries Rebecca and ends up having twin boys later on in the show. Also living with them is Joey, Danny’s best friend since childhood, who tends to be the comic relief. They all live next door to D.J.’s best friend Kimmy, who pops in from time to time like it’s her own house.

The show was on air for eight years, consisting of eight season and 192 episodes. Years later, the cast is getting back together to create 13 new episodes showing their life 20 years later in a show called ‘Fuller House.’ The new episodes will be airing on Feb. 26 as a Netflix original. People who have grown up watching the show are excited for the new season to come.

“I think it [Fuller house] is going to be great, I always loved watching it [Full House],” sophomore Karissa Vestering said.

Many who have watched the family through their ups and downs, feel more connected with the show and its cast members. A lot of people are looking forward to seeing how grown up everyone is and are excited to see the how family has grown.

“I think it would be interesting.” Barbara Melchor said. “I just think it will be interesting to see what roles everybody is going to play when they come back at their stage now.”
