Senior Ky-Sean Johnson goes up for a lay-up.

The boys basketball team won over Newton on Friday night 60-38.

“We played pretty well. We executed really well too, unlike last time we played Newton” senior Matthew Lebegue said.

Lebegue led the team with 17 points, senior Ky-Sean Johnson with 10, and senior Cortlin Standifer with 9 points.

They boys will be hosting sub-state against Hutchinson at home at 7:30.
