After nine days of vacation, Sandra Nitcher and 27 Maize and South students returned to the United States from their trip to France.
Nitcher and students left over spring break to experience the French lifestyle.
“Everyone had a hard time speaking at first but it began to flow more easily as the trip progressed,” junior Jonathan Karstensen said.
The trip cost about $3,300 per person and they traveled to Paris, Normandy and many small towns along the way.
Senior Paige Mans said her favorite part of the trip was going to the Eiffel Tower at night.
“This is the best group of student travelers I have ever gone with,” Nitcher said.
