Maize volleyball played Derby and Newton on Tuesday at home. The team won both games.

“We played very well and we are playing consistently,” senior Autumn Hanna said. “I’m very excited about the rest of the season.”

Against Derby Maize won the first match 25-19 and the second match 25-19.

Maize also won against Newton, the first match was 25-14 and the second match 25-22.

They play again next Saturday away in a tournament at Emporia.
