Girls tennis plays in tournament over the weekend

On Saturday, the girls tennis team played in a tournament hosted by Salina Central. The team played against Lawrence Free State, Salina Central, Maize South and Topeka West.

“Overall our team got third. Almost everybody went 4-1 on our team,” senior Cassidy Darrah said. “Senior Tiffani Holman placed fifth out of 32 in singles.”

The girls’ next meet will be on Tuesday at home.
