    Boys basketball falls to Salina Central

    The boys basketball team fell to Salina Central Feb. 24 57-49. The Eagles were down for most of the game.

    Senior Ky-Sean Johnson led the team with 17 points, juniors Jared Ledbetter with 9 points and Jacob Schultz with 7 points. The boys’ record is 11-8.

    The Eagles will be playing their last home game before sub-state at 7:30 pm on Fri. at home against Newton.

    Hallie Bontrager, senior, has been a part of the Play newsmagazine staff since the spring semester of 2014. She is a part of the Maize High women's soccer team, Red Rage, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Business Professionals of America.
