Maize tennis finishes second in AVCTL Tournament

Tennis players after their second place finish in the AVCTL Tournament.
On Monday the tennis team competed in the AVCTL Tournament and placed second overall as a team.
Sydney McGrown and Lillie Williams played for singles. Lindsay Adams and Alaina Cunningham played together for doubles, as well as partners Madi Arnold and Ana Vo.
In singles, Williams placed third. In doubles, Adams and Cunningham placed fourth and Arnold and Vo placed second.
“It felt amazing” Vo said, “I’m so proud of my partner and I for making it that far.”
The tennis team will compete in regionals this Saturday at Goddard.
