Football wins against Salina Central making its record 4-1

The Eagles came back from a 14- point difference to improve their record to 4-1 of the season after a big rally Thursday against Salina Central.

“Connor (Lungwitz) evaded from the pocket, threw a good ball to me with a good play by the lineman and by everyone,” senior receiver Tevin Davis said, who had 59 receiving yards and a touchdown.

The Eagles won 34-28 with both teams evenly matched throughout the game.

The Eagles will face Campus at 7 p.m. Friday Oct 11 at home.
