Maize ends their winning season 27-13 to Valley Center last Friday.

Junior Dalyn Johnson led the Eagles with a 55-yard run which later brought a touchdown.

End of the second quarter Valley led the game 12-7.

Senior Tyson Love brought a 33-yard touchdown for the Eagles in the third quarter.

The Eagles trailed Valley Center 19-13.

After another Valley Center touchdown in the fourth quarter, they took the win over the Eagles.

The Eagles finished with a 7-3 record on the season.

“I was really sad that all of the seniors were leaving and I won’t be able to play with them next year and that our season is over in general,” junior Ethan Farney said.
